On June 22, 2013, DeMario Warren, a 23-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, was fatally shot in a downtown Cleveland nightclub. The incident occurred outside Lounge 75 near 55 Public Square, where a large fight inside the club spilled out onto the street at closing time.
