Holly Toalston, a 28-year-old woman from Alliance, Ohio, tragically lost her life on November 10, 2013. She was fatally shot by her ex-husband, Lee Toalston, who then attempted to take his own life by shooting himself. The incident occurred in a parking lot near Alliance Community Hospital. Holly was discovered wrapped in blankets, indicating that she had been shot multiple times.
