Stephen D. Halton Jr., a 30-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on January 11, 2014, while waiting for a bus near the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Grovewood Avenue in Cleveland, OH. Halton, an anesthesia technician at the Cleveland Clinic and a married father of two young children, was on his way to work for an early morning organ transplant procedure. He was described as a dedicated and loving family man, deeply involved in his church community.
