Chad D. Spiess, a 51-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Delta, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2014, at his home due to a hunting accident. Chad was born on August 14, 1962, in Wauseon, Ohio, to Sue Spiess and Merril L. Spiess. He was a 1981 graduate of Delta High School and worked for the Ohio Department of Transportation for 19 years, serving as a sign crew supervisor.
