He was born on September 8, 1953, in Adams County, Ohio, to Charles R Brewer and the late Betty June Roush. Brewer worked in construction and was well-known in his community. He is survived by his two daughters, Billie Jo Goodwin and Michelle Brewer, and two sons, Justin Brewer and Ryan Stevenson. He also leaves behind three granddaughters and a grandson.
