James Robert Boergers Jr., a 31-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on July 19, 2014, in Rockbridge, Ohio. He was visiting friends and family in his home state when he was shot and killed. The incident was later determined to be a murder-suicide. Boergers was a Public Works Department employee from St. Johns County, Florida.
