Sherita Johnson, a 41-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on November 22, 2014. She was a loving mother to three children and a grandmother to one. Sherita was also 28 weeks pregnant at the time of her death. The incident occurred when she pulled up in front of her home so her 9-year-old daughter, Janiyah, could pick up clothes while Sherita waited in the car with her 2-year-old son.
