Camrin William De'Ron Starr, a 30-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on May 15, 2015. He was born on January 9, 1985, and his death was the result of a shooting incident in the 6000 block of Hamilton Avenue and Marlowe Avenue in Cincinnati.
