Koa Llacuna, a 36-year-old man of Hawaiian ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 23, 2015, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Born on August 19, 1978, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Koa was the son of David and Joyce Llacuna, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister Tiare Llacuna, his fiancé Michele Ford, and his daughters Jasmine and Nanea Llacuna, as well as five step-children.
