Terrance Finklea, a 26-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2015. He was fatally shot at the Rainbow Terrace housing complex on the east side of Cleveland. The incident occurred late Wednesday night, and Terrance was pronounced dead at the scene.
