Carl Lucas "Cheez" Talley, a 33-year-old African American man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically died on July 20, 2015. Talley was working on a car early that morning when he was shot multiple times, leading to his death. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office ruled his death a homicide due to multiple gunshot wounds.
