On September 19, 2015, at approximately 2 p.m., 23-year-old African American male Jarrard D. White was fatally shot in the 11700 block of Robertson Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. Responding to reports of shots fired and a man down, police discovered White with gunshot wounds in a yard. Emergency Medical Services pronounced him dead at the scene.
