Dexter Lamar Mangham, a 23-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 27, 2015. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Euclid Avenue near the corner of East 4th Street. Mangham was among three individuals who were shot when a suspect opened fire into a crowd. The other two victims were injured but survived the attack.
