Jordan T. Moore, a 17-year-old African American male from Columbus, OH, tragically died on December 16, 2015. He was fatally shot at a house in the 1200 block of Dellwood Avenue on the East Side of Columbus. Moore was among a group of young people gathered at the house when he was shot with a handgun at around 1:09 a.m. He was taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries at 2:27 a.m.
