Elijah Johnson, a 13-month-old boy, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2016, in Dayton, Ohio. He was caught in the crossfire of a drive-by shooting while being held by his mother's boyfriend, Isaiah Smith, outside a house on Arlene Avenue. The shooting also injured Smith and Elijah's grandmother, Diana Hicks. Detectives believe that Smith was the primary target of the attack, carried out by occupants of a black Chevrolet Impala.
