On March 24, 2016, 58-year-old Terri Treadway, a female resident of Chardon, Ohio, was fatally shot at Hamlet Village, a retirement community in Chagrin Falls. Terri, who was employed as a housekeeper at the facility, was one of two victims in this tragic incident; the other was 58-year-old Catherine Sutter, also a housekeeper, from Burton, Ohio. Both women were on duty when the shooting occurred around 8:30 a.m.
