Brandon Blackburn, a 22-year-old male from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2016. He was found deceased inside a minivan on East 53rd Street near Mound Avenue. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head, which occurred during a robbery.
