Death by Force

On September 4, 2016, Santonio Carpenter, a 34-year-old man from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, was shot and killed outside his apartment at the Century City West Apartments. Police were called to the scene just before 2:15 a.m. and found Carpenter lying on the ground, where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
