Traci Fletcher-Garrett, a 41-year-old woman from Maineville, Ohio, tragically lost her life on September 11, 2016. She was killed in a murder-suicide incident involving her ex-husband, David Garrett, who was 39 years old. The incident occurred at Fletcher-Garrett's home, where she was shot multiple times by her ex-husband. David Garrett then took his own life outside the residence.
