On August 4, 2018, 32-year-old Darlene Yocum was tragically shot and killed in her home on Stephens Road in Maineville, Ohio. Yocum, a loving mother of six children, including a newborn just two weeks old, was shot by her live-in boyfriend, Christopher Timmons, who then fled the scene in a truck. The incident occurred around 10:25 p.m., and when officers arrived, they found five of Yocum's children at the residence. The oldest child was 14 years old.
