Salih Muhummed Williams, a 36-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on January 21, 2017. He was fatally shot in the 2000 block of Sunvale Avenue in North College Hill, Cincinnati. Initially, officers were called to the scene for a report of a stabbing, but medical reports later confirmed that Williams had been shot.
