Michael Chichester, a 37-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically found shot to death on March 13, 2017, in the Winton Hills neighborhood. Chichester was discovered in the area of Holland Drive and Dutch Colony, and the crime scene was marked by police tape as the investigation unfolded.
