Michael Chichester, a 37-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically found shot to death on March 13, 2017, in the Winton Hills neighborhood. Chichester was discovered in the area of Holland Drive and Dutch Colony, and the crime scene was marked by police tape as the investigation unfolded. The Cincinnati Police Department confirmed that Chichester was shot twice in the back of the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
