Jaylen Kinney, a 24-year-old man from Hamilton, Ohio, was fatally shot on March 23, 2017, which was his birthday. He was transported to Fort Hamilton Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. The Hamilton Police Department ruled his death a homicide and launched an investigation.
