Omar Abdulkadir Ali, a 25-year-old Somali refugee, was tragically killed on April 17, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio. Ali, along with his brother Ali Abdulkadir Ali, 23, and their friend Mohammed Deq, 22, were visiting family and attending a soccer tournament in Columbus when they became victims of an apparent attempted robbery.
