James W. Stennies Jr., a 59-year-old African American male from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, was tragically killed on April 22, 2017. He was found shot multiple times in the parking lot of a car wash in the early hours of that morning. Stennies was preparing his car for a trip to Indiana to attend a relative's funeral when he was attacked. Despite the efforts of medics, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
