David Simard, age 49, was found dead on February 27, 2012, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred at a residence on Proctor Street, where both Simard and Felicidad Tabares, age 46, were discovered after a house fire had been extinguished. The two individuals were believed to be victims of homicide, as subsequent investigation indicated foul play.
