Keith Simons, a 13-year-old boy from Massillon, Ohio, tragically died on February 20, 2018. Keith was a seventh-grader at Jackson Memorial Middle School. His death was initially reported as unexpected, but further investigation revealed that Keith had planned a school shooting. He had written an eight-step plan of attack and expressed admiration for the Columbine shooters, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Keith's writings indicated that he wanted to leave a lasting impression on the world.
