Sarah J. Mahmood, a 21-year-old woman from New Port Richey, Florida, tragically lost her life on February 23, 2018, in Lakewood, Ohio. She was fatally shot by her boyfriend, Amer Atef Ahmad, during an argument at his home on Olivewood Avenue.
