Cortez Earl Ruffin, a 27-year-old African American male from Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH, tragically died on July 26, 2018. He was shot multiple times outside the Dog Pound Lounge on St. Clair Avenue while attempting to break up a fight that erupted during the filming of a music video by local rapper Q Money.
