Curtis Gibbs, a 44-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically passed away on July 29, 2018, in Bellevue, Ohio. Gibbs was found lying in a hallway at 113 Thomas Drive, and his death was quickly determined to be a homicide. The Bellevue Police Department launched an investigation into the incident, which led to the arrest of a suspect.
