Lee, an 18-year-old male, as the suspect. Bryant Lee was indicted on two counts of murder, one count of felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of felonious assault causing serious physical harm. He was held on a $1 million bond in the Montgomery County Jail and was later sentenced to 20 years in prison for the shooting death of Timothy Delaney.
