On October 10, 2018, 27-year-old Mohamed N. Abdi, a Black male, was fatally shot in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred around 7:23 p.m. at the rear of 2813 Brentnell Blvd. Responding officers found Abdi with gunshot wounds and he was quickly transported to Grant Medical Center. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at 10:39 p.m.
