Ettina J. Pepin, a 40-year-old woman from Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on November 12, 2018. She was born on May 31, 1978, to Ettienne A. and Cathy J. Rhea Pepin. Ettina is survived by her parents, a daughter named Breslin, a son named Jonah, and her brother Roger Pepin, all of whom reside in Chillicothe. She was predeceased by her grandparents, June and Pearl Rhea and Gaston and Gaynor Pepin, as well as her godparents, Emmett and Eileen Boyle, and several other family members. ...Read More
