Candace Rose, aged 28, was found dead in her apartment on April 29, 2004, in Chillicothe, Ohio. Her body was discovered in the bathroom of her residence at 1911 Western Avenue by two friends around 3:00 PM. Candace had last been seen alive the previous evening, April 28, at approximately 10:00 PM in her apartment. She had recently moved to Chillicothe from Mansfield, Ohio.
