Sheila Bear-Wallace, a 58-year-old woman from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on January 17, 2019, while walking her dog in McGowan Park. The incident occurred when she crossed paths with two young men, one of whom, DaJuan Evans, shot her in the head and chest. Despite an extensive investigation, authorities could not determine a clear motive for the slaying.
