Isaiah Martin, a one-year-old boy from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on April 20, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred when Isaiah's ten-year-old cousin accidentally shot him while playing with a gun. The young boy who fired the shot was not named or charged, but his mother, Brittney McTier, was charged with child endangerment and obstructing justice for failing to disclose the origin of the gun.
