Ladon Williams, a 36-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was fatally shot on May 8, 2019, in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. He was found dead in a car near Grant Park. The incident was captured on surveillance video, which showed people running from the park after shots were fired.
