Frankie Dwaynes Jackson III, a 21-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on June 9, 2019, at Kerruish Park in Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. when Cleveland police responded to reports of shots fired. EMS workers were already treating a shooting victim at the scene when they arrived.
