Charles Leonard, a 34-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on July 30, 2019. He was shot on the sidewalk on Clarion Avenue in Evanston, Cincinnati, around 2 a.m. Emergency crews rushed him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, but he succumbed to his injuries later that day.
