Shauna Latelle Gardner, a 36-year-old African American woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on September 10, 2019. She was born on October 26, 1982, and was a loving mother to four children. Shauna was inside her Avondale apartment on Prospect Place when she was struck by a stray bullet that came from outside.
