Robert Anthony Fleming, a 43-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found seated in a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound in the 1300 block of East 23rd Avenue. Despite the immediate response from Columbus Police Officers and CFD Medics, Fleming was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:45 a.m.
