Thomas Bibbs Jr., a 29-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on November 8, 2019. Bibbs was fatally shot in the early hours of November 7, 2019, at the intersection of Lawn Avenue and Silver Street in Norwood, Ohio. He was found wounded and was quickly transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
