Robert Sikon III, a 41-year-old man from Carrolton, OH, tragically died on November 16, 2019, following a traffic stop. Sikon, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was shot multiple times in the back by Carroll County sheriff's deputy Jacob Baker. The incident occurred after the deputy pulled over the car Sikon was riding in, reportedly due to an outstanding child support warrant.
