Josue Baldomero Lopez Ramirez, an 18-year-old male of Guatemalan ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2019, in Cincinnati, OH. He was shot at the Willows of Springdale apartment complex while sitting in his car with his mother. The incident initially appeared to be a car crash, but it was later determined to be a targeted attack.
