Larry Eugene Hall, a 23-year-old male from Wilmington, OH, tragically died on January 21, 2020. His death was the result of a gunshot wound to the chest, and it occurred in the parking lot of the Northland Court Apartments. Hall was with three friends when he was killed, and the circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear.
