Michael E. Cruz, a 29-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2020, due to a fatal drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 3100 block of West 31st Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Cruz and a 24-year-old woman, Erneasha Swift, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a Nissan Pathfinder. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
