James L. Brown, a 64-year-old man from West Carrollton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2020, following a shooting incident on Interstate 75 in Miami Township. The incident occurred around 12:15 PM when someone fired multiple shots at Brown's gray SUV near Austin Boulevard. Witnesses reported seeing a blue Jeep driving alongside Brown's vehicle and an unknown person firing at him. The bullets struck Brown's SUV at least three times, and he was found on the side of the road.
