Montreece L. Spain, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2020, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was shot multiple times in Cleveland's Glenville neighborhood and later died while being transported to the hospital. The incident occurred when officers found Spain with multiple gunshot wounds on the 10000 block of Elk Avenue. A friend of Spain's had attempted to drive him to the hospital but crashed into another vehicle while driving through a red light.
