Lacey Holsinger, a 40-year-old woman from Gallipolis, Ohio, tragically died on August 31, 2020, from a gunshot wound. The Gallia County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a shooting at a residence on Possum Trot Road in Addison Township. Upon arrival, deputies found Lacey Holsinger dead inside the home. The investigation revealed that her husband, Christopher Holsinger, 38, was taken into custody shortly after the incident.
