On May 16, 2013, 28-year-old Terrance Marks was killed in a drive-by shooting while traveling on Interstate 880 in Oakland, California. Marks was a passenger in a white Porsche Panamera when a dark-colored SUV pulled alongside and opened fire. The driver, Christopher Beardon, was also shot and killed. After the initial gunfire, Marks was either ejected or fled the vehicle as it struck a guardrail. Tragically, he was then hit by another car on the freeway.
